Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Misk City in 2026, Sami Al Jasser oversees the strategic direction and development of the project while also serving on its Executive Committee. His leadership is focused on delivering a world-class destination that supports education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and quality of life, reflecting the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.

A Career Built on Strategy and Mega Projects

Before joining Misk City, Sami served as Chief Strategy Officer at the National Transformation Program, where he contributed to advancing strategic national initiatives. He also held the position of Executive Director – Development at Qiddiya Investment Company, playing a key role in one of the Kingdom’s flagship giga-projects. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 17 years at Saudi Aramco, building extensive expertise in project management and large-scale infrastructure development.

Alongside his executive responsibilities, Sami serves as a Board Member of Raznat Aljoud Medical Company and is a member of the Capital Projects Advisory Committee at Misk Foundation, reflecting his commitment to strategic leadership across multiple sectors.

With an academic background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Electrical Energy Systems, Sami Al Jasser combines technical expertise with strategic vision to lead complex development projects that contribute to Saudi Arabia’s long-term economic and social progress.
