AlDossary spent nearly seven years with Saudi Fransi Capital, progressing from Manager of Saudi Equity Funds to Head of Equities. Her tenure included responsibility for Saudi equity funds and senior investment-management functions.

Earlier in her career, she served as Assistant Fund Manager at Credit Agricole Asset Management Saudi Arabia and Assistant Fund Manager at Banque Saudi Fransi. These roles established the investment-management foundation that later supported her progression into executive leadership.

AlDossary holds a BA in Business and Management Information Systems from the Arab Open University, completed between 2006 and 2010. She also earned a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Public Administration, completed between 2001 and 2003.
