As President & CEO and Board Member of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, Faisal oversees a healthcare network comprising more than 25 medical facilities, supported by over 20,000 employees and 4,000 physicians. Together, they provide care to more than 10 million patients annually, setting high standards in medical excellence, patient experience, and operational performance.

Under his leadership, HMG continues expanding its capabilities by investing in advanced medical facilities, innovative healthcare solutions, and world-class clinical services, reinforcing its position as one of the region’s most trusted healthcare providers.

A Career Built on Finance and Strategic Leadership

Faisal joined HMG in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s financial performance and supporting its long-term growth strategy. His successful leadership in finance and corporate strategy led to his appointment as President and CEO in 2022.

Prior to HMG, he served as Chief Financial Officer at ACWA Power Holding, where he gained extensive experience in corporate finance, investment strategy, and executive leadership. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly six years with Samba Financial Group in investment and corporate banking, building a strong foundation in financial management and strategic decision-making.

With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, Faisal combines financial expertise with a forward-looking vision for healthcare transformation. His leadership emphasizes innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while continuously enhancing patient care and organizational performance.

Holding a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to align business strategy with healthcare excellence, creating lasting value for patients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
