Before founding Idee Club Company in 2020, Esam held senior executive positions with leading organizations including Al Yusr Leasing and Financing, Maalem Financing Company, The Centennial Fund, The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), Samba Financial Group, and SABB. Across these roles, he contributed to business strategy, product development, operational excellence, risk management, governance, and organizational growth while helping organizations strengthen performance and achieve strategic objectives.

His expertise spans business planning, innovation, operations management, service quality, product development, banking, and enterprise risk management.
