As Chief Executive Officer of Masar, Abdullah leads the organization’s strategic direction, business growth, and operational transformation. Before joining Masar, Abdullah served as Senior Director of Operations and previously Director of Strategic Planning, Healthcare Leadership, and Business Growth at the International Medical Center (IMC), where he played a key role in operational development and organizational strategy.
Earlier, he spent more than 12 years with Andalusia Group for Medical Services, progressing through senior leadership roles including Saudi Regional Operations Director, Hospital Director, and Administrative & HR Director. His executive journey began at Alnahda Hospital, where he served as Administrative & HR Director, laying the foundation for his future leadership in healthcare operations.
Abdullah’s leadership philosophy combines strategic vision with people-centered management. His expertise spans business development, healthcare operations, organizational transformation, human resources, and strategic leadership, enabling him to guide complex healthcare organizations through periods of growth and change.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, alongside a bachelor’s degree from Umm Al-Qura University, providing a strong academic foundation that complements his extensive practical experience.
