Since founding Singleclic in 2013, Tamer has guided the company’s expansion across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt, delivering enterprise technology solutions for government organizations, large enterprises, and SMEs. Under his leadership, Singleclic has focused on helping organizations modernize operations through ERP, CRM, Business Process Management (BPM), low-code platforms, AI automation, and custom enterprise applications.

His vision centers on creating connected digital ecosystems where technology, data, and business processes work together to improve efficiency, decision-making, and long-term business performance.

Throughout his career, Tamer has successfully led the delivery of more than 200 digital transformation projects across multiple industries. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams of consultants, developers, and technology specialists, he has helped organizations streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, automate business processes, and improve organizational agility.

Among the significant milestones in his career was leading the ERP implementation for Emirates Health Services (formerly the UAE Ministry of Health)—one of the region’s major healthcare digital transformation initiatives.

Entrepreneurship Beyond a Single Venture

In addition to leading Singleclic, Tamer serves as Managing Partner at Modernise and CTO & Co-founder of Coveti, reflecting his continued commitment to technology innovation and digital business development. He has also contributed to the startup ecosystem as a Board Advisor at Zschool and previously co-founded Journas.com, further demonstrating his entrepreneurial approach to solving business challenges through technology.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at iCapital, where he served as Egypt Country Manager and Software Team Leader, overseeing strategic planning and enterprise software delivery, including projects for the Ministry of Justice. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ITWorx, specializing in Microsoft technologies within the e-Government sector.
