He oversees enterprise-wide strategy execution across a group of companies while aligning organizational transformation under a unified vision, driving significant long-term profitability and revenue growth.

Delivering Global Transformation Excellence 

Prior to joining AlBawani Holding, Alyn served as Global People Transformation Lead at Lockton Insurance, Global Head of Business Change at ISG, and Head of the Organizational Change Management Global Centre of Excellence at Tate & Lyle. In all these ‘in-house’ roles, Alyn developed and established transformation capabilities, designed the global transformation blueprints to support growth ambitions, and created enterprise-wide methodologies that continue to guide transformation across the organizations today.

On top of this, Alyn worked for over 10 years in Big-4 consulting, first at PwC, then as Global Lead of the Transformation service line at MI-GSO PCUBED Consulting, and most recently as Director of Organization Transformation and Talent at Deloitte. In these roles, Alyn worked with some of the biggest companies around the world, across consumer goods, energy, pharma & healthcare, transportation & logistics, government & public sector, construction & infrastructure, tech/AI, and financial services.

In many of his roles, he has started with a ‘blank sheet of paper’, to solve organizational challenges, mainly around lack of success in internal initiatives, lack of coordination, wasted money and no clear ‘north star’ that is being aimed for, so it’s a set of activities, not a single transformation roadmap to achieve a strategic vision. From this, Alyn builds up the plan, the support, the financial control, the team to drive the roadmap, and builds the stakeholder engagement and advocacy across the company to deliver.

On top of this, Alyn builds transformation offices that are agile, provide real value to the business and help to build capabilities to delivery and manage change across the whole enterprise. Many of the transformation frameworks he designed remain embedded within the company years after implementation.
