At Decisive Capital Management, a Geneva based investment boutique, he served as Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East and South Asia. During a nine year tenure at Emirates NBD, he led Private Banking in Saudi Arabia and South Asia while also heading the mortgages business.

Earlier leadership roles at Barclays, Citi, and Standard Chartered Bank spanned credit policy, underwriting, secured and unsecured lending, and corporate banking. Across more than two decades in financial services, Faisal developed a rare dual capability: understanding institutional risk frameworks while also recognizing entrepreneurial capital needs.
