
Tareq AlShweimi AlJammaz is a distinguished Saudi executive, board member, chairman, and business strategist with more than 30 years of diversified leadership experience across food, agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and business development.
Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of AlRaie Company, AlJammaz has built a career focused on business planning, strategic growth, organizational leadership, and sustainable development.
AlJammaz began his professional journey in the agricultural sector in 1992 as Assistant Manager at the Al-Kharj Agriculture Project. He subsequently spent 14 years with ARASCO, progressing to Vice President of Sales & Marketing and developing extensive expertise in commercial strategy and business development.
His executive career later expanded across leading food and agricultural organizations, including Al Safi Danone and Al-Faisaliah Group, where he served as CEO for the Food and Agriculture Sector.
From 2017 to 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer of United Feed Manufacturing Company (UFMC), followed by his role as Group Managing Director of United Feed Company.
These positions strengthened his experience in managing complex organizations, developing growth strategies, and leading teams toward measurable business objectives.
AlJammaz’s career has been closely connected to the development of Saudi Arabia’s food and agricultural ecosystem.
He served as a Board Member of Watania Agriculture from 2020 to 2026 and has contributed to organizations including the Agricultural Development Fund, AgriServ, and the National Livestock & Fisheries Development Program.
His board-level involvement reflects his commitment to supporting strategic decision-making and sustainable development across sectors that are important to Saudi Arabia’s food security and economic diversification.

AlJammaz holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from United Arab Emirates University, completed between 2020 and 2024.
He also holds BSc and MSc qualifications from the College of Food and Agricultural Sciences at King Saud University, alongside a Diploma in Business Administration from Al Yamamah University.
