Dr. Albandari currently serves as Executive Manager of Dallah Clinics at Dallah Healthcare, where she leads the organisation’s newest unit and its branches under the Dallah Health corporate structure.

Her current leadership role builds on more than five years of experience within Dallah Health. Previously, she served as Namar Dental Center Manager and held leadership responsibilities as Head and Acting Head of the Dental Department at Dallah Hospital’s Namar Branch.

During her tenure at Namar, she contributed to change within the dental service during the pandemic, helping establish a distinctive dental-center operating model within the hospital environment.

Combining Clinical Expertise with Management

Before joining Dallah Health, Dr. Albandari spent five years with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, progressing through roles including dentist, Medical Programs Officer, Dental Care Supervisor, Medical TQM, Dental Home Care Supervisor, and Material Coordinator.

Her responsibilities extended beyond clinical practice into areas such as dental treatment planning, coordination between specialty clinics and laboratories, patient treatment pathways, quality management, and resource coordination.

This experience helped develop her ability to understand healthcare challenges from both the clinical and organisational perspectives.
