Her experience spans major Saudi organizations and social institutions, where she has contributed to sustainability strategies, community initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and responsible-business frameworks.

Her professional focus is centered on translating sustainability and social responsibility principles into practical organizational strategies capable of creating measurable value for businesses, communities, employees, and other stakeholders.

Leadership in CSR at Alinma Bank

Amani’s recent career includes leadership in corporate social responsibility at Alinma Bank, where she served as AGM – Head of CSR from October 2023 to October 2025.

In this capacity, she guided the strategic design and execution of CSR initiatives, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, community impact, ESG principles, and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

Her responsibilities reflected a broader approach to CSR—one that connects social initiatives with organizational priorities while seeking measurable value for customers, employees, shareholders, and communities.

She subsequently took on an Executive Director role at Alinma in April 2026.

Amani brings more than seven years of sustainability experience from her time with stc and solutions by stc.

At stc, she served as Senior Sustainability Expert and previously as Director of CSR, contributing to sustainability and ESG initiatives as well as strategic social investment and social impact programs.

As Director of CSR, she was responsible for developing CSR strategy, building strategic partnerships, and implementing initiatives designed to strengthen the organization’s relationship with society.

Her work at solutions by stc further expanded her sustainability leadership, including responsibility for sustainability-related strategic initiatives and social impact.

Beyond corporate roles, Amani has maintained extensive involvement with social organizations and community initiatives.

As a freelance consultant to Mohammed Al-Ali Al-Sanie Charity Foundation, she worked on designing family-support and solidarity programs and contributed to efforts aimed at transforming the foundation into a Waqf company.

She also supported initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, including work with a proposed investment company designed to support women’s projects with an initial capital of SAR 3 million.

Earlier, her work with the Princess Seeta Award for Excellence in Social Work included supporting the award’s general secretariat, supervising committees, developing the internal work environment, strengthening social media strategy, and proposing initiatives focused on empowering women and youth.

Amani’s career extends beyond corporate sustainability.

She served as Community Engagement GM on secondment at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, while her earlier professional experience includes communication, public relations, CSR, journalism, and social-media consulting.

At King Saud University, she served as Head of Communication, PR and CSR at the Preparatory Year, supporting communications, activities, visits, media relations, and community-partnership initiatives.

Her earlier career as a journalist at Shams newspaper also provided a foundation in communication and storytelling—skills that continue to complement her work in sustainability and social impact.
