Hani Shehata: Driving Business Growth Through Operational and Financial Leadership

Since April 2026, Hani Shehata has served as Chief Operating Officer at Valmore Holding, bringing extensive experience in executive management, business leadership, and operational performance to his current role.

Previously, he served as CEO of ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC T&D from November 2024 to April 2026, following his appointment as Chief Operating Officer – E&C at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC in January 2024.

Powering Operational Excellence

At ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEMS PROJECTS, Shehata served as COO from July 2023 to November 2024 with full P&L responsibility. He led project management, project controls, installation, construction, commissioning, services, and quality management teams within a USD 400 million EPC business operating across the Power & Water sectors.

Earlier, he served as General Manager of Service & Operations, building further depth in operational and business leadership.

Regional Leadership Across Markets

Shehata spent nearly six years with Chromalloy, progressing from General Manager at P&C Egypt to Regional Director, MENAT, and ultimately Regional CEO. As Regional CEO, he founded and led Chromalloy Arabia, a joint venture between Chromalloy and Abu Nayyan Holding, with full P&L responsibility across Aviation, Energy, and Military services for gas turbines in the MENAT region.

His earlier career includes leadership roles at Sheldon & Ruth, Wood Group, and GE Energy, where he developed a strong foundation in field services, regional management, and industrial operations.

Academic Foundation

Shehata holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University and an Engineering degree from Alexandria University.
