Today, Seifeldin is responsible for a pivotal strategic initiative as the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini in Egypt. Assuming this role in September 2022, he leads the establishment and growth of the firm’s new Global Delivery Center in Cairo. This major facility is explicitly designed to provide cutting edge technology and services solutions to clients throughout the Americas and the EMEA region. By leveraging the unique talent pool and capabilities within the Egyptian market, he is creating substantial value for customers, partners and employees.

Before driving the expansion of Capgemini, Seifeldin built a substantial foundation in strategy and regional operations during a tenure of more than twenty five years at IBM. His progression through the multinational enterprise saw him execute complex business development strategies across deeply diverse markets. He held the position of Vice President of Sales for the Middle East and Africa, simultaneously serving as General Manager for the Gulf, Levant, Saudi and Pakistan region. His earlier strategic roles included serving as General Manager for Africa and Director of Operations, Strategy and Transformation for the Middle East and Africa, demonstrating a consistent ability to guide major enterprise operations at scale.

Governance and National Advisory

The true impact of an executive is often measured by the counsel they are asked to provide outside their primary organisation. Seifeldin is deeply embedded in the strategic governance of his nation’s technological and commercial infrastructure. He currently serves as a Member of the Egyptian Prime Minister’s advisory Committee, bringing high level commercial insight to national policy discussions. Furthermore, his expertise is utilised as a Non Executive Board Member for Telecom Egypt and for the customer experience firm Raya CX. He is also a certified board member from the IFC and the World Bank, highlighting his strong grounding in global governance standards.

His own academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University and a Diploma in Business Management from The Henley College.
