Jamal led the team responsible for launching the Strategic Procurement Unit, a massive undertaking that involved developing governance models and reviewing new government procurement laws. He built the business requirements for the “Etimad” online procurement system and guided the launch of these new regulations across 650 government entities. Furthermore, his strategic leadership was pivotal in product development for the Saudi Premium Residency program, resulting in its successful launch in 2019.
