John Pagano brings more than three decades of international leadership experience spanning Europe, North America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, he has worked across every stage of the real estate lifecycle, including master planning, project structuring, financing, construction, asset management, and operational leadership. This breadth of experience has enabled him to lead complex developments from concept through long-term operation while balancing commercial performance with strategic growth.

Before joining Red Sea Global, he founded Old Fort Capital Investments, providing strategic advisory services for investors, landowners, and developers involved in large-scale real estate projects. Earlier executive roles at Canary Wharf Group and Canary Wharf Contractors contributed to one of London’s most significant urban regeneration success stories, while his leadership of the Baha Mar development in The Bahamas further strengthened his expertise in integrated hospitality and destination development.
