Since 2022, Adil has driven Dislog Healthcare’s pharma business (Steripharma and Kosmopharm) to new heights. He has successfully repositioned the company from the 56th to the 13th rank in Morocco’s pharmaceutical industry within three years and achieved integration among the Top 500 Companies shortly after acquisition. Under his direction, Dislog Healthcare received the COFACE Quality Label (2025), reflecting outstanding brand performance and regulatory compliance.

Adil leveraged group synergies to position Dislog Healthcare as a Comprehensive and Full healthcare service provider. His foresight includes a clear 2030 vision aimed at entering Morocco’s top 10 pharma companies.
Prior to Dislog, Adil led as Managing Director and Commercial and Business Operation Director the MSD North West Africa Cluster. Thanks to his leadership, he implemented a new operating model boosting the cluster performance, innovation access, and reimbursement strategies. Under his tenure, the cluster saw an outstanding sales performance and marked improvements in working capital efficiency and market rankings.
His transformative leadership was exemplified by steering the successful MSD/Organon spin-off, driving digital transformations through data analytics, and pioneering talent development programs recognized as EEMEA best practices. Beginning his career in sales and brand management roles with African and Middle Eastern pharmaceutical companies, Adil quickly demonstrated his expertise through high-paced portfolio growth, strategic launches, and market share gains. His early roles included distinguished performances with local and multinational companies, where he contributed to significant oncology and specialty care advancements in Morocco and French-speaking Africa.

Adil holds a Master’s degree in Raw Material Optimization and a Bachelor’s in Technical Analysis and Quality Control from Hassan 1st University, Morocco.
