Since December 2023, Al Mutairi has served as Director of the Legal Consultation Department at the General Authority for Real Estate in Riyadh. Her broader experience with the Authority includes serving as Legal Advisor and Legal Department Manager, giving her extensive exposure to legal matters within the real estate sector.

She has also served as a Legal Advisor to the Secretariat General of the Off-Plan Sale or Lease Committee, contributing her legal expertise to the regulatory environment surrounding real estate activities.

A Foundation in Legal Practice

Before joining the General Authority for Real Estate, Al Mutairi served as Legal Advisor and Legal Department Manager at Scope Holding Company. Earlier, she worked as a Case Researcher within the Rights Enforcement Department and completed her legal training at a law firm.

Her professional journey also includes several years with Samba Financial Group, where she worked in customer services.

Al Mutairi holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Arab East Colleges, providing her with an advanced academic foundation in legal principles and private-law matters.
