During this period, he helped strengthen regulatory alignment while supporting the company’s strategic business objectives within Saudi Arabia’s evolving telecommunications landscape.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Saudi Telecom Company (STC), overseeing regulatory relations and strengthening collaboration between industry stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
His professional journey also includes serving as an Executive Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Mobily, where he further expanded his expertise in regulatory policy and compliance management.
He began his regulatory career at the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) as a Regulation Researcher, gaining firsthand experience in policy development and regulatory analysis that would later become the foundation of his executive leadership.
