His expertise spans corporate strategy, business transformation, customer experience, marketing, supply chain management, operations, sponsorships, and organizational development.

Today, he is the Founder of Verto – Experiential Marketing, where he continues to shape innovative business experiences while serving on the boards of leading organizations and contributing to strategic business development across multiple sectors.

Dr. Adel has held some of the region’s most influential executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Elaf Group, Managing Director of Hyundai & Genesis at Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, CEO of the Real Estate Investment and Development Group at the National Housing Company (NHC), and Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Paper Group.

Earlier in his career, he spent more than nine years with Abdul Latif Jameel, leading Toyota’s passenger cars, SUV, and Daihatsu divisions before becoming Managing Director of Toyota. His leadership journey also includes nearly nine years at Procter & Gamble, where he managed supply chain, operations, technology transfer, and integrated work systems, building a strong operational foundation that has shaped his executive career.

Leadership Beyond Business

Beyond the corporate world, Dr. Adel made a lasting contribution to Saudi sports as President and Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) and as a Board Member of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee. His leadership helped support the continued development of Saudi football during a transformative period while reinforcing governance and organizational excellence.

He has also served as Vice Chairman of the National General Automotive Company (NAT), Chairman of EXO Saudi, and a board member of several leading organizations, reflecting the confidence placed in his strategic leadership and governance expertise.

Academic Excellence and Strategic Perspective

Dr. Adel combines extensive executive experience with a strong academic background. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Paris School of Business, an MBA from The University of Manchester, an MPhil in Marketing from Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from King Abdulaziz University. He is also pursuing an MBA at the University of Cambridge, reinforcing his commitment to continuous learning and leadership development.
