He also served as Senior Partner and Digital Transformation Leader for the Middle East and Africa at Kearney, where he advised organizations on strategic transformation and digital innovation initiatives.

Earlier, as Partner and Financial Services Digital and Technology Leader at PwC Middle East, Max guided financial institutions through technology modernization, digital strategy, and enterprise transformation programs.

His professional journey also includes more than 17 years with Accenture, where he progressed to Managing Director and Partner, leading large-scale business and IT transformation initiatives across Italy, Turkey, Russia, and Eastern Europe.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a Technology Consultant at IBM and also served as a Visiting Researcher in High Energy Physics at Fermilab in the United States.
