Non-Refundable Charges
Once any of the following services have commenced, the associated charges become non-refundable:
- Editorial content writing
- Photo editing or retouching
- Layout or design development
These services are customized to each feature and involve dedicated resources, making them ineligible for refunds once initiated.
Content Satisfaction Guarantee
If you do not approve or are unsatisfied with the content or designs, our team will work closely with you to revise and recreate the material. We will share updated drafts for your review until you are fully satisfied and have given final approval.

Refund Processing
- Refund approvals (when eligible) will be completed within 4–5 working days.
